Spice cabinets easily go topsy-turvey in a short amount of time. Despite tiered organization, I can never prevent spices from disappearing and magically reappearing after a shopping trip.

With a drawer, all my spices are laid out in front of me, labeled and categorized. It’s easy to see when a spice needs replenishing.

03. Space

As I mapped out how I would categorize my kitchen, it made the most sense to have the spices within reach rather than in our pantry. But since my kitchen has very few upper cabinets, I had to prioritize the space.
